A Letter To Carter

Carter,
I can not believe that you graduated Kindergarten today! I wish you knew how incredibly proud we are of you! You have had such a great year and learned so much. I remember back to the first day and you were so excited yet scared at the same time. You have gained so much confidence that you now face first grade with pure excitement and no fear. Your teacher has said that you are one of the most kindest and positive students that she has had in a long time. That makes me so proud of you and I pray daily for God to protect your kind heart! You are also very kind and patient with your little brother. That is one reason why he looks up to you so much. These past 6 years have gone by in a blink. I wish so much that we could slow time down a bit! I can not wait to see what next year holds for you and all the years after that. We love you so very much!! Congratulations on your big day!!

Geranium Festival

McDonough has a huge arts and crafts festival every year in May. This was the first time that we were able to go since we moved. We were also able to meet Ryan's parents for lunch while we were there. It was a fun afternoon but it was also really hot!

Carter waited in line a really long time to do this!

Wow! What a mess, but he was a happy mess!

Strawberry Pickin'

This past weekend we went home to McDonough to spend some time with our moms! We had a great time as always. On Thursday afternoon we went strawberry picking!
