First Day 2011

Carter's first day of second grade was Monday. He says it's totally awesome!  He has made a friend with another boy in his class whose mom teaches at the school also.  The past two afternoons he has been in her room with his new bud.  I am so glad he has made a good friend so quickly!

Aidan's first day of 3K was today.  He is a young 3K'r because his birthday isn't until the end of the month.  We really think he's ready and needs the structure that this program offers.  I hope they are ready for him.  When I asked him how his day was he said "I got in trouble, I no listen to my teacher."  Why didn't you listen? "I not want to listen, I want to play on the carpet."  Let's hope each day gets better and better for him!
